Starting May 1, 2025, we're turning up the excitement! When an Ambassador enrolls a new Ambassador or Club Viágo Member with the purchase of a Viágo Launch Pack, both the enrolling Ambassador and the new Enrollee will receive a Cancun Vacation Voucher.

This exclusive voucher grants a 5-day, 4-night stay in beautiful Cancun, Mexico for a family of four at an incredible discounted rate of approximately $299.* This rate includes: hotel accommodations, taxes, and airport-hotel transfers.

Terms & Conditions: 

Limit one voucher earned per Ambassador. Limit one voucher awarded per member household signup with Viágo Launch Pack. Vouchers expire 12 months after issuance. 

Voucher activation will be distributed to Ambassador and Member email address on file with Viágo. The total voucher price includes hotel stay, airport transfers and taxes. Voucher does not include any resort fees, upgrades to all-inclusive packages, extensions or ancillary government cleanup fees. All-inclusive upgrade package available at discounted rate for Members. Sister property upgrades are available to all inclusive as well. 

This voucher is non-transferable and good for two adults and two children of the age of 12. This program is available for individual families and cannot be used for larger groups. This voucher does not require hotel sales presentation attendance to redeem. 

FAQ's:

Q. Do both enroller and enrollee need to remain active or meet any additional criteria to receive the voucher? 
A. Yes, both the enroller and enrolled need to remain active to receive the voucher.

Q. How and when will participants be notified that they have qualified and receive their vouchers?  
A. Participants who have qualified will be notified via email from our Club Viágo team with email instructions that will direct them to the registration website for this voucher. These emails will be sent out every 2 business days. Please note, with the upcoming holiday, qualifiers may receive this email later than usual.

Q. What is the cutoff date for qualifying purchases to be made?
A. The cutoff date for qualifying purchases to be made is Saturday, May 31, 2025, or while limited spots are available.

Q. What happens if a Launch Pack is refunded? 
A. If a Launch Pack has been refunded, the associated voucher will be cancelled and will no longer be available for use.

Q. Does the 1,000 spots include both Enrollers and Enrollees? 

A. No, it does not. There are 1,000 spots specifically for Enrollers, plus an additional 1,000 spots allocated for Enrollees.
