JP Ambassador Enrollment Process
This guide walks you through the step-by-step registration process for an Ambassador Enrollment in Japan, starting with the legally required Gaiyoshomen (Disclosure Document), all the way through to your first product purchase and getting started with your business. Please read carefully to ensure full compliance with Japanese regulations and a smooth onboarding experience.
Step 1: Preparing the Gaiyoshomen (Disclosure Document)
In Japan, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing, or “chain sales”) is subject to regulation under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Therefore, prior to registration, a Gaiyoshomen (Disclosure Document) must be provided.
- What is the Gaiyoshomen?
- A legal document required by the Act, to be given by the enroller to the prospective registrant.
- Includes information such as product details, compensation plan, and return policy.
- Electronic delivery is not permitted — must be provided in printed form, either handed in person or sent by mail.
- How to Issue It
- The enroller must purchase the Starter Kit with Gaiyoshomen (JP101200JP) through the Japan Shop.
- If the enroller lives overseas, the kit must be delivered to a Japanese address.
- The physical Gaiyoshomen document in the kit includes the Gaiyoshomen Number, which must be handed to the registrant.
- Both the sponsor and the new registrant must confirm they understand the contents of the Gaiyoshomen, before the registrant proceeds with the online registration using the provided number.
Step 2: Account Registration

- Full name (Kanji and Katakana)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Current address
- Phone number / Email address
- Bank account information (for commission payment)
- Gaiyoshomen Number
- If non-Japanese: upload Residence Card (Zairyu Shikaku-sho)

- Access the designated registration URL
- Select your first order
- Enter personal details, sponsor ID, and Gaiyoshomen Number
- Enter payment information (credit card or bank transfer)
- Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Receive a confirmation email upon completion
Step 3: Product Purchase (Optional)
- Products can be purchased immediately after registration.
- Starter Sets and Subscriptions (auto-ship) are recommended.
- Members may purchase at discounted prices (up to 35% OFF).

- Log in to your Back Office and confirm your personal referral URL.
