Q. What happens if a downline returns or cancels an order?
A. If a qualifying order is returned, canceled, or refunded, the associated points will be deducted from the participant’s total balance.
Q. Are these points earned connected to the November Triple Play Contest?
A. No. It is important to note that this Green Friday Contest is completely separate from the November Triple Play Contest. Points earned through this promotion will apply only toward the Green Friday Contest and leaderboard, while points earned through the Triple Play will remain exclusive to that contest and its respective leaderboard. The two contests operate independently, and points or prizes cannot be combined or transferred between them.
