Q: What is a Loyalty program?
A: At Club Seacret, we want to reward those members who are active, spending and engaging others. Our loyalty program is designed to boost growth and sales; maintain, gain, and win back members; build relationships and create Brand Ambassadors.
Q: How will Club Seacret members earn points?
A: Club Seacret members will immediately begin earning points with the purchase of their memberships and each month following with each membership payments. Points will be given for Seacret product purchases, Seacret and Club Seacret branded merchandise purchases, Seacret Escapes purchases and for
referrals to Club Seacret.
Q: How many points are earned?
A: Club Seacret Members will begin by earning 1 point per US $1 spent on qualifying purchases to begin. Points will also be rewarded for each yearly membership anniversary which can be utilized toward their reaching their next membership tier.
Q: What are the membership levels?
A: Every Club Seacret member will begin as an Ambassador and have the opportunity to advance based on their activity within the club.
Membership levels are:
1) Ambassador
2) Esteemed Ambassador
3) Prestige Ambassador
4) Elite Ambassador
5) Invitation Only

Q: What's the difference between each ambassador level?
A: As a member’s Ambassador tier increases, access to additional product lines become available. Access to exclusive Seacret Escapes and Experiences and point benefits also increase. The higher the Ambassador tier, the more value in points per dollar spent become available on qualifying purchase. (See matrix)
Q: What can I buy with my points?
A: As a Club Seacret member, points can be utilized to purchase Seacret products, both Seacret and Club Seacret branded merchandise, and Seacret Escapes. In order to purchase, the full amount of points must be available, minus shipping.
Q: Can I earn points by referring new Club Seacret members? How?
A: A Club Seacret member must have a minimum of 3 personally
enrolled Club Seacret members to qualify for monthly referral points. The Referring Member receives 50 points for each personally enrolled member when the referred members pay their monthly subscription fee. Referral points are awarded the month following qualification.
Referral Points Examples:
Example 1:
• Suzie referred 4 new Club Seacret Members in the month of August
• Each of those 4 members paid their September monthly subscription (in September)
• Suzie qualifies for 200 points (50 for each personal enrollment the prior month)
• Suzie is awarded the 200 referral points in October
Example 2:
• Suzie referred 2 new Club Seacret Members in the month of September
• Both of those 2 members paid their October monthly subscription fee (in October)
• Plus 3 of the members she referred in August also pay their October monthly subscription fee (in October)
• Suzie qualifies for 250 points (50 for each of the 2 new personals and 50 for each of the 3 existing personals who paid their monthly payment in October)
• Suzie is awarded the 250 referral points in November
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Yes, points will expire at the end of the calendar year following the year they were accumulated. If for any reason, membership is canceled, points will be lost.
Point Expiration Example:
• Carlos accumulated 25,000 in 2021
• He has used 5,000 points for purchases in 2021
• He utilizes 10,000 points for purchases in 2022
• The remaining 10,000 points expire at the end of 2022
Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: Every Club Seacret member will receive a one-time exception for up to two payments prior to losing their benefits. If three or more payments are unpaid or a period of 12 weeks have passed since the last payment, the Club Seacret member forfeits all benefits, reward and member status.
Q: What if I was a member and want to join again? Do I get my points back?
A: If a former member reinstates membership after a cancellation
where three or more payments were missed, they will begin their
membership again starting at the Ambassador level.
Q: When I earn points, can I redeem them immediately? How long does it take for my purchases to accrue points to my account?
A: Qualifying purchases will award points immediately after purchase or travel. Referral points are awarded the following month. Points will mature and be eligible to redeem toward a purchase 30 days after they are awarded.
Q: How do I know how many points I have?
A: Your Club Seacret Loyalty Points will be displayed in your Back Office.
Q: What do I do if I believe my points were not properly credited to my account?
A: Contact Customer Care at clubseacret@seacretdirect.com
Q: What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
A: If a member returns merchandise or if a personal Referral cancels their membership during the 30-day grace period, the points will be reduced accordingly.
