01 | What is a conflict of interest?
As many of you already know, Seacret Agents may participate in other direct sales, multilevel, or network marketing ventures; however, there are strict conditions that all Agents must adhere to when promoting those other opportunities.
If an Agent is engaged in another network marketing business, it is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure that his or her Seacret business is operated entirely separate and apart from that other business.
What exactly does that mean? Well, for starters, Agents are not permitted to directly or indirectly recruit or solicit other Seacret Agents or Customers for any other business opportunity. The term “recruit” or “solicit” includes the actual or attempted sponsorship, solicitation, enrollment, or effort of influence to enroll a Seacret Agent or Customer into another Direct Sales opportunity. This includes general
solicitation on your social media networking sites where your “friends” include persons who are Seacret Agents.
02 | Co-Branding
When participating in more than one business venture, please be very careful about co-branding or co-marketing the opportunities and limiting your activity to Seacret-related matters. Please do not simultaneously promote or allow the promotion of any other product, business, seminar, service, or association in conjunction with Seacret Products or the Opportunity. Seacret does not permit the co-branding or co-marketing of any other business, product, service, seminar, or program in conjunction with the Seacret Opportunity. This limitation does apply to all promotional activities, to include marketing materials, events, parties, presentations, and verbal discussions. This strict policy is intended to prevent any unintended perception of affiliation between Seacret and such other business, product, service or program and prevent Seacret from being used as a platform to advance any such other business, product, service, seminar or program.
